What are the responsibilities of an agent?

Distribute tickets, collect payments, verify ticket data, keep up with draw results, and pay prizes up to ₱10,000.

Are there any restrictions?

Stay at least 100 meters from any traditional PCSO outlet, and keep devices near the registered address during operating hours.

Are we allowed to sell tickets 24/7?

Yes. Ticket sales and customer service are available around the clock.

How is training provided?

Comprehensive onboarding covers device use, ticket handling, result checking, validation, and PCSO rules

How to claim winning tickets?

Agents pay prizes ≤ ₱10,000 after validation and are reimbursed in real time; higher prizes are claimed at any PCSO branch.

How much does the package cost?

₱50,000, which includes the device, starter kit (thermal paper, marketing materials), ₱20,000 pre-funded credits, and the ₱5,000 cash bond.

What commission will I receive as an agent?

• 4 % on lotto game sales • 2.6 % on digit game sales • 0.5 % on jackpot‐winning tickets up to ₱500,000 Commissions are credited to the agent’s LottoMatik wallet in real time.
